How can I make my newsletters pass thru email w/o having to delete the
graphics?
Is there any way I can send the file as a snap shot "view" w/o all the pixels?

Have you considered a PDF?
What version Publisher are you using. Office 2007 has a free save as PDF add-in.
https://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...displaylang=en

There are free converters around if you have older versions of Publisher.
www.primopdf.com is one converter, there are others.
