Default Auto Delete Blocked Senders in Outlook 2003 & 2007

Is there a way to automatically delete Junk e-mails that you have designated
as a blocked sender? It would not even reach your Junk Mail folder. Can't
see it in "Rules & Alerts" to configure. I am using POP/SMTP. Thank you.

Under tools, options, click on the junk email button under email. There is a
check box that says "Permanently delete suspected junk e-mail instead of
moving it to the junk e-mail folder". This might work for you, however I'm
not sure how it determines what is junk email, whether it is from your
blocked list or not.

I know about this function and it definitely doesn't work. Thanks anyway.
